Currently I sell most of my honey “in quantity”. I can sell per individual jar, and am very happy to do so. Recently though, most of it is sold by 5 gallon (60 lbs.) pail to local farmers marketers to boost their supply of locally produced honey and to mead makers as a perfect base honey for fermentation. As my son grows, I may be able to focus more time toward small quantity packaging and sale, but for now it’s great to see it go in larger quantities even at reduced pricing.
